All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at 541-234-2167. Returns may be requested if within 30 days of original purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in new, unused and resalable condition. All returns must include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. If you haven’t received a refund during the expected date please contact us at WCOServiceReceptionist@winnebagoind.com
If you need to exchange your item please contact Winnebago-WCO/Country Coach by phone 541-234-2167 or email to WCOServiceReceptionist@winnebagoind.com. Once your exchange is approved, please return your items to Winnebago-WCO/Country Coach “RETURNS” @ 125 E. 4th Avenue PO Box 575, Junction City, Oregon USA 97448. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item for exchange or return please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as your proof of shipment and delivery. Winnebago-WCO/Country Coach will not be responsible for damage or lost items.
